Truck Driver Requirements

 Drivers with Class A CDL & clean driving record 
  •  Must be 23 years old
  •  High School Diploma or equivalent
  •  Valid Commercial Drivers License
  •  2 years experience OR successful completion of qualified driving school
  •         AND 1 year verifiable driving experience
  •  MVR must pass insurance qualifications
  •  Successfully complete a road test
  •  Submit to Annual Certification of Violations review
  •  Meet DOT physical standards
  •  Submit to company Physical Capacity Profile Testing
Drivers must be able to speak English in order to take instructions from supervisors
and communicate with fellow employees and customers' employees. All drivers
basic math to verify manifest quantities and weights. 
All drivers must be able to read and understand road signs, instructions, routes and
other paperwork.

** Drivers must also obtain a TWIC card within 30 days of hire – Company will pay to obtain this.

(If driver leaves employment within 3 months of getting the TWIC card the original fee will be taken out of the drivers last settlement.)
