Truck Driver Requirements

Stage I:  Education, Licensing & Experience
- Must be 23 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Commercial Drivers License
- 2 years experience OR successful completion of qualified driving school
        AND 1 year verifiable driving experience
- MVR must pass insurance qualifications

Upon successful completion of Stage I, the following Stage II requirements
must be completed successfully:

Stage II:  Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Successfully complete a road test
- Submit to Annual Certification of Violations review
- Meet DOT physical standards
- Submit to company Physical Capacity Profile Testing

All drivers must speak English well enough to take instructions from supervisors
and communicate with fellow employees and customers' employees. All drivers
must understand enough math to verify manifest quantities and weights. All
drivers must be able to read and understand road signs, instructions, routes and
other paperwork.
